CINCINNATI, OH, May 22, 2024 – Kao Collins Inc., a leading provider of innovative printing solutions, announced upgrades to its Universal Controller. Notably, the controller allows a single 9.3” X-BAR print module to print two 4.65” channels independently, marking a significant advancement in printing efficiency for high-speed industrial printing.

The Universal Controller, compatible with both X-BAR print module and VERSAMARK DS6240 printheads, is designed to streamline printing operations by eliminating the need for multiple controllers dedicated to different print head types.

Coming soon will also be the Universal Controller paired with a new print module capable of printing 600 x 600 dpi with longer throw distance for other industrial printing applications.

    Familiar Interface: A user-friendly interface with GUI representation, similar to the Kodak 410 controller, requires minimal training for efficient use.
  • Comprehensive Control: Tach and Cue board with up to 8 inputs and 32 outputs, offers for precise control and monitoring of printing processes.
